Wednesday, July 30th:

4:45pm                  Campus Scavenger Hunt

Thursday, July 31st:

10:00am               Technical session # 1 (Running Form/Biomechanics)

11:00am                Pool Session – Recreational

1:00pm                  Lunch

3:00pm                  Lecture (Sports Nutrition) by Franca Alphin

4:00pm                  Video Session

6:30pm                  Evening Run

8:00pm                  Dinner

Friday, August 1st:

7:30am                  Morning Run

8:30am                  Breakfast

10:00am                Technical Session # 2 (Core / strength training)

11:00am                Pool Session – Recreational

3:00pm                  Lecture (Motivation) by Tom Cuffe

4:00pm                  Video Session

5:30pm                  Steeplechase Training (optional)

Saturday, August 2nd:
